This movement arose in the 18th century, moment in the one that brings the illustrated ideas over of the equality between all the human beings they sank in into the minds of some women, which began to claim his rights. In 1791, the literary French Olympe de Gouges wrote the Declaration of the Women's rights and of the Citizen on having thought that the Bill of rights of the Man and of the Citizen proclaimed by the French Revolution was not protecting to the half of the humanity, that is to say, the women.

  5. The fight for women's suffrage began in New York, Seneca County in 1848. There was held a convention of two days to discuss the injustices against women that was organized by female suffragists Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Lucretia Moot and Susan B. Anthony. In the event was read a manifesto called "Declaration of Feelings", inspired by the Declaration of Independence. In it was said that women had to have the right to vote, to have an education, to a professional life and the legal right to own property and get a divorce.

    1. women began to fight for their rights in New York 1848. On the election day in 1920, millions of American women exercised their right to vote for the first time. It took nearly 100 years for activists and reformers to win that right . On August 26th 1920 in the 19th Amendment to the constitution was finally ratified. Declaring for the first time that theyen, deserve all the rights and responsabilities of citizenship. One of the most important women in this movement was Indira Gandhi, such as many other important women.

On Election Day in 1920, millions of American women exercised their right to vote for the first time. It took activists and reformers nearly 100 years to win that right, and the campaign was not easy: Disagreements over strategy threatened to cripple the movement more than once. But on August 26, 1920, the 19th Amendment to the Constitution was finally ratified, enfranchising all American women and declaring for the first time that they, like men, deserve all the rights and responsibilities of citizenship.
I think that these women deserve all and more of that they have not because we aren't slaves of anybody and much less of men or some religions. All have the same rights and their struggle been a incentive for progress in the society as a human being and not as animals.
and I don't like the idea of demote of a women only for are this or to homosexuals for want different things that a heterosexual, only is a option amongst so much, as also can elected who to vote.
